How much does a website cost?It depends on what you need. My starter package for new charities is £800 and includes a homepage, support us page, and contact page. For a fully bespoke website, prices start at £3,000 for sites under 10 pages. I also offer flexible payment plans to make things manageable. But if you are concerned about price lets book in a chat and you can tell me your budget and I can come up with a soultion of work around that.

What platforms do you use?I mainly build websites on Squarespace and Wix, both are user-friendly, secure and ideal for charities that want to easily update their content. I’ll help you choose the right platform based on your goals, budget and team capacity.

How long does a website build take?How long is a peice of string? It all depends on the size and complexity of your site. For small makeover jobs, I can sometimes work my magic in as little as a day. Larger, bespoke builds that require more planning and strategy can take a few weeks. The timeline also depends on how quickly you’re able to provide things like text, images and policies, and how fast we can sign things off together. But ultimately I work at your pace. No pressure, no panic.

Can I edit my website content myself?Yes, of course. I’ll give you a handover document and full training on how to use your new website, so you feel confident making updates yourself. If you’d rather not touch it, I offer ongoing support packages too totally up to you.

Do you offer ongoing support?Yes! I offer flexible ongoing support packages tailored to your needs. Whether you want occasional guidance or regular updates, I'm here to ensure your website continues to thrive.

Will my new website be SEO optimised?Yes, your site will be built with basic SEO best practices in place, including page titles, descriptions, image alt tags, and a clear site structure, all that nerdy stuff. I'll also connect your site to Google Analytics and Search Console so you can track how it’s doing.

Will my website be mobile friendly?Yes — 100%. Every site I design is responsive, which means it’ll look just as good on phones and tablets as it does on desktop.

Can you help with writing the words for our website?Yes, and it’s included as standard with all of my website packages. I’ll write all your copy for you, based on what I learn in our discovery session. You’ll get a full draft to review and add your own spin if you’d like. Easy, collaborative, speedy and stress-free.

What if we want to grow our website later?That’s easy. You can add extra pages whenever you’re ready. Most additional pages are £270 each, and I’ll make sure they slot in seamlessly with your existing content and design.
