MAKE A LASTING IMPACT WITH YOUR CORPORATE GIVING

Looking for a meaningful way to give back? Why not fund the build of a website for a small charity doing big things?

At Made by Katie, I work with grassroots charities across the UK, many of them run by volunteers, supporting women and children, and working on shoestring budgets. A good website can be transformative, but it’s often out of reach financially.

That’s where your business can step in.

WHY THIS MATTERS

Most small charities are time-poor and under-resourced, but their missions are mighty. A professionally designed website gives them a digital home to:

  • Share their story

  • Reach more people

  • Fundraise effectively

  • Build trust with supporters

  • Grow their impact

Your support can help a charity do all of this — and more.

WHAT'S IN IT FOR YOU?

Let’s be honest, this isn’t just good for the charity, it’s good for you too.

  • Show your commitment to corporate social responsibility

  • Support a local cause or issue close to your team’s heart

  • Get recognised on the website you funded

  • Share the impact in your own marketing and social media

  • Be part of something genuinely good

WHY FUND A WEBSITE INSTEAD OF JUST DONATING MONEY?

It’s a fair question—and here’s the answer: a professional website is one of the most valuable tools a charity can have.

Your donation could cover a short-term need. But a website? That’s long-term impact. It helps a charity raise more money, reach more people, and deliver more services. It becomes a place to tell their story, connect with funders, attract volunteers, and build trust.

By funding a website build, you’re not just helping a charity today. You’re helping them grow and thrive for years to come. It’s sustainable, strategic, and leaves a lasting legacy.

HOW IT WORKS

Find your perfect charity match

I’ll connect your business with a registered charity that aligns with your values, whether that’s supporting children, promoting mental health, or empowering local communities. I typically work with small or newly established charities who need your support the most.

Sponsor the website build

You can fund all or part of the website build, usually between £3,000 and £5,000, depending on the charity’s needs. This is done via a restricted donation; the money goes directly to the charity, ringfenced specifically for the website project. It’s simple, transparent, and ensures your gift is used exactly as intended.

Be recognised for your support

As a sponsor of the website, your business will be featured on the charity’s website with your logo, a short thank you, and a link back to your site. It’s a meaningful way to give back, while also showing your generosity to clients, customers, and your wider community.

WHY I CAN’T DO IT WITHOUT SUPPORT

As much as I’d love to help every small charity that reaches out to me, the reality is that I’m a one-woman business with my own bills to pay. Building a high-quality website takes time, skill, and resources, and while I keep my prices as affordable as possible, I simply can’t work for free.

That’s where you come in. With the support of businesses and partners like you, I can help more small charities access the tools they need to thrive. Your contribution could be the difference between a charity struggling to get by and one that’s able to grow, inspire, and create lasting change.

Website builds typically for between £3000 and £5000 depending on their complexity and the needs of the charity. You can offer to cover the whole build or just some of it. Every little helps.
